BIOINFORMATICS INSTITUTE (BII) Lab Tour
Visitors to BII will be exposed to our recent work on pose estimation of articulated objects in 3D, which is about automatic interpretation of human and animal articulations from 3D camera inputs. It can be used in a diverse range of contexts, e.g. in future living to enable more natural machine human interface (i.e. to replace computer mouse and keyboard by finger pointing and typing).
Tour duration: ½ hour (max. 30 visitors)
1 session: 2.30pm (15 years old and above)
All registered participants, please report to the Registration Tent next to the Stage at least 30 minutes before the start of activity. Slots will be given to the next participant on the waiting list after 30 minutes. (Click here for map)
